About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Own and drive the end-to-end design process- from research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and shipped features. 2. Collaborate closely with founders, developers, and content teams to deliver user-first experiences. 3. Define and maintain the design system, visual language, and brand identity. 4. Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. 5. Create intuitive user flows, interactive prototypes, and scalable UI components in Figma. 6. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance. 7. Stay ahead of design trends and apply them thoughtfully to enhance engagement and usability. Strong portfolio showcasing clean, minimal interfaces and a clear design process. 4. Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and interaction design. 5. Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility best practices. 6. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
