Patient Service & Dispensing

• Interpret ophthalmologist or optometrist prescriptions for spectacles and lenses.
• Guide patients in selecting appropriate frames and lens types (single vision, bifocal, progressive, etc.) based on their requirements and budget.
• Take accurate facial and frame measurements to ensure proper lens fitting and comfort.
• Fit, adjust, and repair frames to ensure optimal vision and comfort for patients.
• Provide after-sales service such as adjustments and repairs of glasses.

Sales & Customer Care

• Achieve monthly optical sales targets.
• Promote premium lenses, coatings, and frame brands to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-focused approach during all interactions.
• Handle patient feedback and resolve optical-related issues effectively.

Inventory & Store Management

• Maintain accurate records of stock, prescriptions, and sales.
• Ensure adequate availability of frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and timely replenishment of inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of frames in the optical store.
