The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in clinical optometry along with a strong sales acumen, gained from working with renowned retail or optical brands. This dual-role position requires both clinical expertise in vision care and the ability to assist customers in selecting premium eyewear products that match their lifestyle and prescription needs. Clinical Responsibilities: Perform accurate and comprehensive refraction tests and eye examinations using advanced equipment. Diagnose and provide recommendations for visual correction, ensuring clinical excellence and customer trust. Maintain detailed patient records and follow clinical protocols with a high degree of professionalism. Educate customers on eye health, lens technology, and product benefits. Sales & Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting high-end frames, lenses, and sunglasses based on prescription, facial features, and lifestyle preferences. Drive retail sales by offering tailored recommendations, product demonstrations, and upselling premium eyewear solutions. Deliver a personalized luxury experience that aligns with the stores premium positioning. Maintain product knowledge of global eyewear brands and the latest optical innovations. Store Support & Operations: Collaborate with the sales and store management team to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in inventory checks, merchandising, and store maintenance as required. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry practices and technologies. Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Optometry from a recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in optical retail, with combined exposure to clinical optometry and sales. Prior experience working with premium or luxury retail brands is highly desirable.
