We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IoT Business Development Specialist who is passionate about technology and who enjoys working in B2B environment. You will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our market presence across the mobility and transport ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building. Sell fleet management solution such as GPS and Dashcam to taxi operators, bus fleet owners, and school transport providers. Understand client needs, conduct product demos, and deliver tailored solutions that add measurable value. Build long-term customer relationships to drive upsell, cross-sell, and account growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to align on customer requirements and market trends. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience in Automotive, Telematics, or SaaS startups. Strong track record in lead pipeline management and experience using Sales CRM tools. Skilled in product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements. Passionate about technology and innovation in mobility. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
