Key Requirements Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in insurance broking or Insurance. Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits insurance products (Group Health, Term Life, Accident, Wellness). Established network and ability to engage with CXOs/HR Heads/Finance Leaders. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
