Role Overview:

AI Engineer

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows using SimStudio or other similar Agent orchestration frameworks as per approved architecture
• Develop and maintain API endpoints to automate deterministic features and processes
• Create and deploy MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and artifacts to support AI workflows and enable seamless integration
• Integrate AI capabilities into browser automation solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, low latency, and robustness
• Build and deploy containerized microservices in Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with Epiq applications
• Implement SSO (Single Sign-On) frameworks and other security considerations in compliance with enterprise security standards
• Develop high-quality, production-ready services with comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and QA artifacts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed services for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
• Document technical architectures, APIs, and implementation details for knowledge sharing and maintenance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and standards

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall 5-7 years of experience building advanced analytics products with 1+ year of hands-on experience in GenAI and LLM
• Experience working with Azure cloud platform and services
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.)
• Experience in conceptualizing, developing, and leading large-scale, end-to-end projects in Generative AI, MLOps, and LLMOps
• Working knowledge of generative models (GANs, VAEs) and NLP techniques
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data pre-processing techniques
• Knowledge of cloud computing and AI deployment
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering discipline
• Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases
• Strong inter-personal communication and collaboration skills. The candidate must be able to work independently & must possess strong communication skills
• A good team player, high level of personal commitment & 'can do' attitude
• Demonstrable ownership, commitment and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks
