Role & responsibilities Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports with accuracy. Ability to handle high level data analysis. Good Communication Skills and be responsible for communicating with employees, clients and departmental Managers. To ensure a high level of accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports on day to day basis. Managing multiple reports from the system software application. Should have ability to create MIS formats from time to time as per the requirement. Should be able to handle & achieve the departmental requirements. Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules. Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness. Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security. Understanding of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis. Should be open to change, Multi-tasking skills. Vendor Management Internal and External. Participate in price and contract negotiations with the purchasing team and vendors. Ability to work on data and generate various types dashboards, reports. Ensure All SLAs related to business in terms of MIS like Service Level etc. are met consistently. Supporting the Supply Chain & company operations demands to evaluate the implementation of effective and efficient systems. Should look at revenue enhancement opportunities within the Business. Handling logistic related work like GRN stock report, Material Dispatch etc. Handling Inventory Purchase Management. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in MIS management, including team leadership. Knowledge of Advanced Excel & Power Point Presentation. Strong technical skills in database management, data analysis, and reporting tools. Expertise in information security and data privacy practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Should be a good team leader. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. An understanding of business operations, goals, and strategies is essential for aligning MIS initiatives with organizational objectives.
