Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager Location: Erandwane, Pune (On-site) Experience: 2+ years in Lead Generation & Growth Marketing (Education Sector Preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 3.6 - 4.5 LPA Role Summary As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the full-funnel growth strategy — from identifying the ideal customer profile (ICP) to executing campaigns that generate and convert leads for educational programs. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across paid, owned, and organic channels to drive predictable growth. Key Responsibilities1. Customer Acquisition & Funnel Design Build and optimize the entire lead acquisition funnel - from first touchpoint to conversion. Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas based on student/parent behavior and program fit. Design lead journeys for different user cohorts (e.g., students, parents, working professionals). 2. Campaign Execution (Email, WhatsApp, Paid Ads) Plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, Meta, and Google Ads . Set up drip campaigns, automated follow-ups, and behavioral triggers to convert leads. Track and continuously optimize CTR, open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics. 3. Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization Create and manage landing pages for course launches, events, and downloadable resources. Run A/B tests on CTAs, messaging, and layouts to improve sign-up and conversion rates. Use tools like Webflow or WordPress to execute quickly. 4. Events & Community-Led Growth Conceptualize and execute short-form events, webinars, and live Q&As to drive top-of-funnel acquisition. Partner with academic teams to convert knowledge-led content into acquisition assets. Promote and repurpose event content to extend its impact across channels. 5. GTM Strategy & Cross-functional Leadership Own and implement GTM plans for new course launches and program updates. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing alignment with outcomes and value propositions. Track lead quality and engagement to improve handoff to the admissions or sales team. 6. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Set up dashboards and reporting for funnel metrics — leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc. Analyze which campaigns, messages, and channels are driving the best results — and double down. Stay on top of trends in performance marketing, edtech lead gen, and user acquisition. 7. SEO & Organic Discovery Apply basic SEO best practices across landing pages, blogs, and website content to support organic visibility. Stay updated on the changing landscape of SEO , including search generative experiences (SGE), zero-click search trends, and evolving user behavior. Requirements 3–5 years in a growth, performance marketing, or demand gen role, preferably in edtech or education services. Proven track record of setting up and scaling multi-channel lead acquisition funnels. Experience with email marketing tools and WhatsApp campaign tools . Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta, Google) and CRM workflows. Ability to translate ICP insights into actionable campaigns and landing page experiences. Analytical and experiment-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools. Preferred Skills Familiarity with low-code tools to quickly build and test landing pages. Working knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword intent, and SERP analysis . Hands-on experience running student webinars or educational events. Creative eye for short-form content and testimonials as marketing assets. Show more Show less
