Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Ophthalmic Technician with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the Diagnostics Department. The role involves performing various ophthalmic diagnostic tests and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

Perform ophthalmic diagnostic tests including OCT, HVF, Fundus Photo, A-Scan Biometry, Pachymetry, Topography, Specular, B-Scan, IOL, Argos, Eye-trace, Pentacam, Corvis, ASOCT, Sight Map, and UBM.
Prepare and guide patients for diagnostic procedures to ensure they are comfortable and informed.
Accurately record and upload test results in software for timely reporting.
Maintain and operate diagnostic equipment safely to prevent accidents and ensure quality standards.
Coordinate with doctors and OPD teams for timely reporting and effective communication.
Manage patient flow and reduce waiting time to provide efficient service.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in ophthalmic diagnostics or a related field.
Any Graduate degree is required.
Possess strong knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostic tests and equipment operation.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and medical staff.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining infection control, safety, and quality standards.
