Operators- CNC, VMC and HMC

You will be responsible for the following tasks as an Operator for CNC, VMC, and HMC machines: - Operating the machine to ensure smooth functioning. - Conducting in-process inspection and maintaining records. - Verifying product quality during the production process. - Ensuring the correct material is loaded for operations. - Storing produced components in designated bins. - Maintaining cleanliness in the machine's vicinity. - Identifying materials and components accurately. - Completing daily check preventive maintenance checklists. - Updating hourly monitoring sheets. - Performing 5S activities for workplace organization and efficiency.
