Operator VMC

As an Operator VMC at Shri Balaji Industrial Product in Jaipur, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs). Your daily tasks will involve loading and unloading parts, adjusting machine settings, carrying out quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of the machines. It will be essential for you to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure that all produced parts meet the required specifications. To excel in this role, you should have experience in operating and maintaining VMCs, along with proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Your skills in troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and quality checks will be crucial. Knowledge of routine maintenance procedures and practices, as well as a strong attention to detail and precision in execution, are qualities that will help you succeed. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also important. While experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and technical training will be an added advantage for this full-time on-site role.,
