Operator - Machine Shop (CNC Grinding Machine)

As a Machine Operator in the Manufacturing department, your primary responsibility will be to operate CNC machines efficiently. You will be tasked with monitoring the machine coolant, oil level, and various machine parameters. Additionally, you will need to arrange instrument tools for parts measurement and select appropriate tools for machining centers or grinding wheels for grinding operations. Operating the machine according to CNC programs and ensuring critical dimensions are checked and corrected will be vital aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any machine issues that may arise during CNC operations. Furthermore, organizing the machine load for the next shift and following Total Quality Management (TQM) steps in machine operations will be part of your daily tasks. Your role will also involve programming for all New Product Development (NPD) components, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and ability to work effectively within a team will be key to excelling in this position.,
