Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Set up, operate, and monitor tablet compression machines (Single rotary and Double rotary). 2. Understanding of dia punch inspection and polishing techniques. 3. Disassembles, cleans, reassembles, sets up, and operates all required equipment for operation, and makes light mechanical adjustments on tablet compression machine necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment for the required quality and quantity. 4. Adjust machine settings to achieve the desired tablet weight, hardness, and thickness. 5. Perform all in-process as required by the Master Batch Record (i.e., weighing, tablet thickness, tablet hardness, friability, visual inspection, etc.). 6. Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards. 7. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve productivity. 8. Must be in compliance at all times by following batch records, SOPs and all company policies. 9. Responsible for following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) 10. Responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly work area at all times. Preferred candidate profile 1. Ability to document in logbooks or batch records while performing the job using good documentation practices. 2. Attention to detail and ability to write and record data legibly and accurately. 3. Ability to understand and follow Master Batch Records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 4. Ability to work both independently and with others.
