OPERATIONS MANAGER FACILITY

• Manage allsite supervisors and area supervisors

• Maintain discipline in all the sites

• Maintain regular MIS for clients & make regular newsletters

• Take stock of all material and every client daily reports

• Maintain stock re-order levels for allsites

• Make sure that all the checklists are filled on regular basis and time management is maintained.

• Keep track of all attendance & records

• Make sure replacement happens whenever unscheduled absentees happen.

• Take update from area supervisors/ operations executives

• Taking care of all escalations from clients on real time basis

. • Maintain client relations and make sure all client issues are resolved on timely manner.

• Must have a network for Operations Executives/Area/Field Supervisors

• Maintain costs and be responsible for profits forsites

• Develop controls and maintain SOP’s at allsites.

• Generate leads and get new businesses as Possible (Extra Incentive).

• Must have network PAN India & willing to travel

• Must have knowledge of all chemicals & machine

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
