Job Description

1. Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. Set performance goals and KPIs to drive organizational growth. 2. Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Streamline workflows to increase productivity and reduce costs. 3. Team Leadership and Management Lead and manage department heads and operational teams. Foster a collaborative and accountable work culture. 4. Budgeting and Cost Control Oversee budgets, expenditures, and financial planning. Ensure operations are cost-effective and within budget. 5. Quality Assurance Establish quality standards and monitor compliance. Ensure products/services meet customer expectations. 6. Vendor and Resource Management Manage vendor relationships and service contracts. Ensure timely procurement and optimal resource utilization. 7. Risk Management and Compliance Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry regulations. 8. Reporting and Analysis Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. 9. Customer Satisfaction Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure high service levels. Address operational issues affecting client satisfaction. 10. Change Management Drive organizational change initiatives effectively. Support digital transformation and technology adoption.
