Job Summary:

Position : Operations Executive

Location: Edappally, Kochi

Salary :15,000/- to 20,000/-

Experience: 2 -4 years in same field

Note: Immediate Joiners Needed

Key Responsibilities:

1) Overseeing Daily Operations:

· Managing day-to-day activities, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth workflow.

2) Compliance and Regulatory Management:

· Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.

3) Staff Management:

· Supervising and supporting hospital staff and department heads, addressing employee concerns, and managing staffing levels.

4) Budget Management:

· Managing and monitoring budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

5) Patient Care and Satisfaction:

· Monitoring patient satisfaction, addressing complaints, and implementing initiatives to improve patient care.

6) Quality Improvement:

· Implementing and overseeing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital performance.

7) Strategic Planning:

· Participating in strategic planning for the hospital, working with other executives to develop long-term goals.

8) Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Analyzing operational data, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

9) Problem-Solving:

· Addressing and resolving operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient service delivery.

10) Communication and Collaboration:

· Communicating effectively with executives, staff, and stakeholders, including coordinating with physicians and nursing staff.

11) Process Improvement:

· Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

12) Vendor and Supplier Management:

· Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
