Operations Executive (B2C)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle post-sales operations for Majorly International Holiday Package bookings if person have knowledge Domestic will be preference.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and activity partners.
• Issue vouchers, invoices, and travel documents for confirmed bookings.
• Ensure all services are booked, reconfirmed, and delivered on time.
• Handle customer queries, amendments, and special requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
• Should have Experience of handling on Tour Responsibility.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Travel Operations (B2C preferred).
• Knowledge of International destinations with the experience of handling Post Sales responsibilities..
• Strong coordination with Vendor's, Supplier's and DMC's.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
