The Operations engineer is responsible for bridging the gap between customer requirements & the development team Ensuring successful implementation & support of our solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, communicating effectively with both customer & the development, & providing ongoing support to maintain strong Customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the released functionalities & at customer end / inside the company , provide training to end-users And technical staff during onsite visits.
  • Conduct thorough test of received hardware’s & conduct instructed tests to ensure hardware functionality & quality standards.
  • Interact with the marketing team & customers to fully understand their requirements & expectation.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks by discussing with the development team.
  • Oversee the developed functionalities, test the delivered functionalities & ensure they meet customer requirement.
  • Visit customer sites to conduct onsite demonstrations of the hardware and system capabilities.
  • Address & troubleshoot issues reported by customers & maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive reports & documentation related to customer configurations, backups, hardware testing

& traceability.

  • Collaborate with the development team & provide support.
  • Ready to learn any New technology

Desired Skills & Experience

1+ years of proficient experience working in operations & customer technical support.

  • Experience with customer relationship management tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant hardware configurations & implementation of digital platform.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.

This position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background & exceptional interpersonal skills.

Education

BE in Electronics & Communication or equivalent

Diploma in any Electronics Stream

Required Skills

  • Hardware testing & process improvement.
  • Documentation & user manual preparation.[ Microsoft excel, word & G-sheet]
  • PLC
