Project Role : Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Server Administration Good to have skills : Vmware Virtualization Administration Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Identify and resolve operational issues and incidents in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain systems and services. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Develop and maintain documentation for systems and services. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Vmware Virtualization Administration. Strong understanding of system administration and management. Experience in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server environments. Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as Vmware. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
