Your primary focus will be on refining AI-generated outputs, creating engaging graphic renditions, and executing motion edits. While not a team management position, the role requires someone with seniority to handle complex projects, exercise strong creative judgment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality visuals. The ideal candidate for this position is a versatile editor and designer proficient in working with AI tools, Photoshop, and motion/graphic edits. You should excel in creative problem-solving, enjoy visual experimentation, and possess the ability to transform raw generations into polished, brand-ready content. Key responsibilities include editing and enhancing AI-generated images and videos to meet client expectations, creating advanced graphic designs and creative renditions for campaigns and brand requirements, executing motion edits and creative adaptations as needed, maintaining a balance between operations and creativity to meet deadlines without compromising on quality, and collaborating with editors, QC specialists, and creative strategists to bring ideas to fruition. The desired candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or creative content roles, proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects, a keen eye for visuals aligned with brand aesthetics, and the ability to handle complex edits independently while adhering to deadlines. Comfort with AI image/video tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
