Operations - Costing

As a Costing and Controlling Analyst at our company, your role will involve reviewing MIS reports to provide insights on variances and monitor deviations. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting variances between budgeted and actual costs under various heads, analyzing and reporting on capex spending against budgets, and providing confirmations to production order settlement. Additionally, you will be analyzing variances against production orders, ensuring technical completion of orders and book closure, reviewing usage variances, and tracking BOM changes. Key Responsibilities: - Review MIS reports and provide insights on variances - Identify and report variances between budgeted and actual costs - Analyze and report on capex spending against budgets - Provide confirmations to production order settlement - Analyze variances against production orders - Ensure technical completion of orders and book closure - Review usage variances and track BOM changes - Analyze cost sheets & product costs and recommend changes - Summarize on wastages and analyze variances against targets - Analyze conversion costs and identify reasons for deviations - Conduct maintenance cost analysis - Perform mould and fixed assets usage analysis Qualifications Required: - ICWAI/MBA Finance/CMA with 3-4 years of relevant experience in costing and controlling in a manufacturing organization - Experience in SAP S4HANA is a must Join us in our dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills and contribute to the success of our organization.,
