Operations Coordinator - Document Extractor/Title Searcher

Role Overview: As an Operations - Coordinator, you will serve as the operational anchor for managing document extraction requests and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth and timely processing of requests. Key Responsibilities: - Tracking and managing incoming document extraction requests from clients. - Ensuring timely extraction of documents and accurate status updates on our internal portal. - Maintaining proper records of receipts issued by the Sub-Registrar Office. - Alloting cases to appropriate contractors/vendors based on region, capacity, and specialization. - Coordinating and onboarding new contractors/vendors as required. - Liaising with vendors for status updates, quality checks, and timely delivery of reports. - Maintaining trackers to monitor workflow, pending tasks, and performance metrics. - Escalating any delays or issues to the relevant internal teams for timely resolution. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory); knowledge of Kannada or any other regional language is an added advantage. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Basic understanding of property-related documentation. - Good communication skills for effective vendor interaction. Note: This is an in-office role and will require you to come to our office located in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The maximum salary for this role is capped at INR 30,000 per month.,
