The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and 1-3 years of experience in HR Management, with strong organizational and communication skills. Your responsibilities will include assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating employee lifecycle processes, supporting hiring managers in recruitment activities, managing employee engagement initiatives, coordinating learning programs, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will also be involved in executing HR projects, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication within the HR team. Key competencies required for this role include accuracy in documentation and compliance, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, confidentiality maintenance, proficiency in HR systems, proactive support for HR projects, and continuous process improvement.
