Operation Manager (Events)

Production Manager (events)/ Salary 50K-65K/ Location, Delhi Dwarka/ Exp as Production Manager in Event and travel industry is must/ MICE exp also required

Key Responsibilities: Follow Checklist: Complete 95% of the pre-event checklist at least one day prior to the event to ensure readiness.

Innovative Idea Submission: Contribute one innovative idea every month to support cost-saving, enhance the client experience, or improve team productivity.

Event Execution: Deliver 100% on-time event setups and ensure timely dismantling post-event.

Timely Proposal Submission: Submit all required proposals within the deadlines provided by the Client Servicing (CS) team.

Team Satisfaction: Maintain an average team satisfaction rating of 4.5 or higher in monthly feedback surveys.

Cost Saving: Ensure 3 vendor quotes are submit in file with fair practices with proper evaluation

Manage Budget: Ensure the actual event P&L expenses do not exceed the planned budget by more than 5%.

Weekly Review Meeting: Participate in weekly review meetings to share event progress, flag challenges, and align on upcoming tasks.

Job Type: Full-time Salary Package: ₹5–₹6 LPA (depending on experience and fit) Experience Required: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in within the events industry Working Days: Monday to Saturday
