Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our branch operations in Calicut. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, loan processing, customer coordination, and back-office activities to ensure smooth and efficient branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational activities of the branch.
• Process loan applications, verify documents, and ensure accuracy before submission.
• Maintain and update customer records and loan files.
• Coordinate with credit, collections, and accounts teams for timely disbursements and payments.
• Support the Branch Manager in compliance, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Manage customer queries and ensure high service satisfaction.
• Prepare MIS reports and ensure data accuracy in internal systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, documentation, or back-office roles (preferably in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and financial documentation processes.
