Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Hub Operations Management Report to the hub by 9:30 AM daily and ensure timely hub opening. Share daily hub opening and closing pictures. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper upkeep of the hub. Update all operational trackers and Pan India sheets daily.

2. Vehicle Deployment & Fleet Management Ensure maximum deployment of available vehicles and minimize idle vehicles in RFD status. Monitor vehicle availability, deployment status, and utilization. Coordinate vehicle allocation and handover to riders. Track returned and recovered vehicles and ensure proper documentation.

3. Rider Onboarding & Support Coordinate with Sales and Partner teams for rider onboarding and activation. Support riders with documentation verification and onboarding formalities. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all riders.

4. Payment Follow-up & Recovery Support Monitor rider payment status and follow up on pending payments through calls and WhatsApp messages. Support partner teams in payment collection and recovery activities whenever required. Assist in vehicle blocking and recovery cases as per company processes.

5. Reporting & Communication Share updates on deployments, returns, recoveries, and payment collections. Share complete details and photographs for deployed, returned, and recovered vehicles. Escalate operational issues and challenges to management in a timely manner.

Required Skills :

Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
