As a Financial Products Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of financial products including Business Loan, Personal Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Used Car Loan. Your role will involve leading marketing and sales operations to drive growth and profitability, as well as recruiting and managing Channel Partners. You will collaborate closely with the Credit and Operation Department to ensure timely follow-ups on cases and provide support for business development through Channel Partners. It will be your duty to oversee all cases sourced in the branch from the initial login stage to disbursement.
