Operation Analyst Intern

As an Operations Analyst Intern at our company located in Sector 3, Noida, you will be responsible for assisting with customer KYC and operations management, conducting fraud analysis and detection, and providing email support for customer queries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting with customer KYC and operations management by collecting, verifying, and maintaining customer identity documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations. - Conducting fraud analysis and detection by examining transaction data for patterns, anomalies, and suspicious activities, and preparing reports for the risk and compliance team. - Providing email support for customer queries by responding professionally to questions or issues, coordinating with other teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. To be eligible for this role, you must be a fresher (Graduates of 2025, 2024, or earlier) with good skills in MS Word, Excel, English written communication, and good internet skills. Additionally, you should be available for a full-time (in-office) internship, able to start immediately, committed to a duration of 6 months, and possess relevant skills and interests.
