Job Description
Welding Quality Control - TL
Job Responsibilities
1) Analysing weld seam macro cuts as per the internal and customer requirements
2) Processing the weld seam macro sections for different types of joints
3) Creating technical reports of measured welding paraments in the welding macro cuts
4) Archiving and data backup of the report & documents
5) Compliance with applicable standards and procedures according to Benteler and customer specifications
6) To work closely with all the plants in various locations of BENTELER
7) Conducting necessary training to the team
8) Provide periodic reports and statistics
9) To work on Benteler internal welding norms
Required Skill Set
a) Good understanding of different types of welding joints, methods and process of the sheet metal parts in the automotive industry
b) Expertise in destructive testing of welding joints
c) Experience in welding seam macro cuts and measuring the different parameters in the welding seams
d) Good communication skills, fluent English, assertive, self-learning and problem-solving attitude
Required Qualification
I. Graduate with BE / B Tech (Metallurgy / Mechanical preferred)
II. Minimum 4-8 years of working experience in Welding methods
