Opening For Mechanical Design at KRYFS Power Components at Kherdi

Shall be responsible for:

• Preparing customer drawings as per specification and forwarding it to backend sales department for approval, and resolve if any queries occurred.
• Preparing manufacturing drawings like Frame Parts Drawings, Tank Fabrication Drawings, CCA interconnection drawing Production Related Drawings, etc.
• Preparing oil calculation, weight calculation, and dimension of tanks suitable for pressure test and vacuum test as per the technical specifications.
• Conducting design review for issuing manufacturing drawings with Production & Quality.
• Trouble shooting at different stage.
• Interaction with Customer / 3rd Party at Stage Inspections or Final Inspection.
• Actively Involved in Improving Product Quality by making it cost effective.
• Generate and/or coordinate the Bills of Material (BOM) for all material and accessories needed in a design in ERP.
• AutoCAD Lamination Drawing conversation into step lap for production at every location.
• Export Frame part drawing to be read & give details for manufacturing at U-4 or vendors.
• Technical Support if required at any locations and vendors for manufacturing Tank, frame part.
• Other development related mechanical drawing. Whenever required for any units like MS pallets, Trolley, tables and layout of area, shed, plant etc.
• Reviewing enquiries received from customer through marketing/direct.
• Tender stage mechanical design of transformer as per Customer specification.
• Preparation of Guaranteed Technical Particulars.
• Preparation of Cost sheet for price approval.
• Preparation of comparison sheet of tender v/s target v/s actual cost of job.
• Export customer Lamination & frame drawing convert into our format & take approval from customer.
• Continuous improvement of existing design which leads to cost saving with maintaining the technical parameters.
• Kaizen Implementation as per KRA.
• Developing the skills of team members which will lead to individual and team growth
• Knowledge of IDT Transformer manufacturing.
