Job Purpose/Summary:

• Design

  develop

  robust, scalable

  full-stack applications

  Java (Spring Boot

  Angular

• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive architectural decisions, system design, and integration strategies.
• Oversee

  CI/CD pipeline,

  manage deployments, and contribute to DevOps improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous
• learning.
• Assign and track tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery in agile sprints.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team members growth and skill development.
• Key Performance Indicators:
• Own the delivery timeline, manage risks, and ensure scope compliance.

Qualificaton

• BSC IT, BCA, MCA
• Functional Skills/Competencies:
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, UX/UI Designers, and Business
• Analysts.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and solutions.
• Ensure alignment between technical decisions and business goals.

Behavioral Skills/Competencies:
