The Helper will assist skilled technicians (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, etc.) in carrying out maintenance and repair tasks across the . This role involves
basic manual labor, tool handling, and support activities to ensure smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
�� Assist technicians in routine maintenance and repair work.
�� Carry tools, materials, and equipment to work sites.
�� Perform basic tasks such as cleaning work areas, lifting, and holding materials.
�� Support emergency repair work and shutdown activities.
�� Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled staff.
�� Maintain cleanliness and safety in technical work areas.
�� Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
�� Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
�� 1��2 years of experience in a facility maintenance or support role preferred.
�� Willingness to work in an environment and in shifts.
Skills Required:
�� Basic understanding of maintenance work
�� Physical fitness and ability to handle tools and materials
�� Willingness to learn and follow instructions
�� Awareness of safety and hygiene practices
�� Teamwork and reliability
