• Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries and provide support to international clients via phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction in every interaction. (On Job Training will be provided)
• Mode of Work: Work from offices located in Kolkata or Shillong,
• Shift & Working Days: evening and night shift timings across 5 working days every week.
• Salary for freshers: ₹14,000 (take-home) plus PF and ESI benefits, with opportunities to earn significant incentives based on performance.
• Transportation: A Cab facility will be provided to staff working during odd hours for safe and convenient commutes.
