Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Assigning Surveyors to various jobs based on job requirements matching competency. - Effective utilization of the Surveyors. - Maintaining competency matrix of the Surveyors. - Monitoring of Surveyors, Contracts, etc. as per BV Procedures. - Identifying training needs and organizing training for the Surveyors. - Planning of resources required and assist the Head of Railways in over all resource planning (including Surveyors, IT Support, etc.) - Timely invoicing and collection of money receivables. - Complaint Management: monitoring quality of BV Services, reporting any clients dissatisfaction / complaint and assisting in mitigating the same. - Should be able to work on BV Internal soft-wares like Siebel etc. - Assist Head of Industry for growth of industrial business Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) - Perform & deliver to client as per contract and client expectations. - Build the team, mainly external consultants/sub-cons. Qualification and Experience - Engg. Graduate (10/15 Yrs. Experience)/ Diploma(15/20 Yrs Experience) . Min 5 Years Exposure QA / QC in Railway Rolling Stock. - Engineers from reputed institutes having experience in inspection OR QA/QC field in Railways Manufacturing / Operations discipline. - Preference shall be given to having exposure to TPI, in Rolling stock and Railways Component Manufacturing Unit.
