Open Text Developer

As an OpenText developer at Utegration, you will be responsible for contributing to requirements gathering workshops, defining solutions from a technical and process perspective, and creating technical specifications/design documentation. Your dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for simple to complex development requirements will be crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical recommendations, adhere to programming standards and best practices, and actively support organizational development and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the functional team to gather requirements and define solutions - Review functional specifications and create technical specifications/design documentation - Implement designs technically and support defect resolution and testing efforts - Provide technical recommendations and effort estimates - Adhere to programming standards, policies, best practices, and development methodology - Participate in organizational development and process improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: - Engineering Degree/MCA with 5-7 years of consulting experience in SAP ABAP - Experience with OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) for SAP (version 16.X) - Extensive experience with xECM workflow and strong understanding of Business Workspace - Working experience with HTML scripting and Java - Experience with OpenText Archive Center and Content Server - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Certification in the Core area will be an advantage - Ability to work well individually and as part of a team - Willingness to travel on short-term visits to the US - Flexibility with work timing Utegration is a global Software Consulting Firm focused on serving the Utilities & Energy industries.
