Senior/Lead CRM Consultant

As a Consultant at Utegration, you will be expected to possess exceptional expertise in SAP CRM (Technical & Functional) domains, with a background in working on SAP implementations and support projects. **Responsibilities:** - Experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud. - SAP CRM technical proficiency in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Interaction Center. - Proficiency in SAP CRM technical aspects such as SAP CRM One Order framework, Business Partner, Actions, External List Management (ELM), Transaction Launcher, data conversions utilizing parallel processing, and BADI. - Familiarity with SAP CRM Web UI. - Knowledge of SAP CRM contract management process framework in conjunction with SAP IS-U. - Technical expertise in SAP IS-U related to BPEM case, service order, and device management. - Experience in SAP CRM Sales and order management within the SAP Hybris Billing Context. - Proficiency in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer for Sales. - Technical experience in various versions of SAP CRM such as SAP CRM 5.2, SAP CRM 6.0, SAP CRM 7.0, SAP CRM 7.0 EHP1, and EHP3. - Proficiency in data exchange between SAP CRM and SAP R/3. - Exposure to SAP BSP applications Model-View-Controller (MVC). - Knowledge of SAP Content Management and SAP shared service Framework. - Experience in ABAP reports, smart forms, BAPI, BADI, enhancements in SAP ECC (SD). Experience in roles such as Technical Lead, onsite/offsite coordinator, and expertise in object estimations. **Experience and Desired Skills:** - An Engineering Degree or MCA with 4 - 8 years of consulting experience in SAP CRM in addition to core expertise in established corporate/industry/consulting settings. - Strong knowledge and extensive work experience in the technical aspects of SAP CRM, SAP Utilities, and ABAP. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Certification in the Core area will be advantageous. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to undertake short-term visits to the US. - Flexibility with work timings. - Experience in the ISU Industry will be a valuable asset.,
