Senior/Lead CRM Consultant

Your innovative ideas and expertise in SAP CRM (Technical & Functional) will be instrumental in delivering world-class service and driving excellence within a highly motivated team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud. - Demonstrate technical expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Interaction Center. - Utilize SAP CRM One Order framework, Business Partner, Actions, External List Management (ELM), Transaction Launcher, and data conversions using parallel processing technique, BADI. - Proficient in SAP CRM Web UI. - Experience in SAP CRM contract management process framework with SAP IS-U. - Technical knowledge in SAP IS-U BPEM case, service order, and device management. - Work on SAP CRM Sales and order management as part of SAP Hybris Billing Context. - Familiarity with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer for Sales. - Proficiency in SAP CRM versions 5.2, 6.0, 7.0, 7.0 EHP1, and EHP3. - Experience in data exchange between SAP CRM and SAP R/3. - Knowledge in SAP BSP applications Model View Controller (MVC). - Expertise in SAP Content Management, SAP shared service Framework. - Skills in ABAP reports, smart forms, BAPI, BADI, enhancements in SAP ECC (SD). - Experience as Technical Lead, onsite/offsite coordinator, and object estimations. **Qualifications Required:** - Engineering Degree / MCA with 4 - 8 years of consulting experience in SAP CRM. - Strong technical background in SAP CRM, SAP Utilities, and ABAP. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Certification in the Core area will be advantageous. - Ability to work well independently and in a team. - Willingness to travel on short-term visits to the US. - Flexibility with work timings. - Experience in ISU Industry will be beneficial.
