Proficiency in Progress OpenEdge technologies like AppBuilder, Data Dictionary, SmartObjects, and ABL (Advanced Business Language) is essential. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Progress OpenEdge-based applications and systems. Additionally, experience with Java or .NET development with strong programming skills is desired. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve software defects, and work closely within an agile development team. A solid understanding of relational database concepts and SQL is necessary. Continuous improvement in software development processes and practices to enhance productivity and efficiency is expected. You should be willing to work as part of an agile development team that requires close collaboration.
