As an OPD and OT Incharge (Nursing) at Motherhood, a specialty hospital chain with a presence in 11 cities across India, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of world-class comprehensive women and child healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage nursing staff and oversee patient care in the outpatient department (OPD) and operating theatre (OT). - Ensure adherence to medical procedures and maintain critical care standards. - Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for seamless operations. - Prepare and manage patient care plans to enhance service efficiency. - Demonstrate strong patient care skills and proficiency in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. - Exhibit excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead the nursing team effectively. - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to provide holistic care to women and children.
