Key Responsibilities: -
Serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting the OPD -
Provide counseling and support to patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and follow-up care -
Help patients navigate through various departments and coordinate their appointments - Educate patients on prescribed therapies and lifestyle modifications as advised by the physicians -
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records -
Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to support patient care -
Address patient concerns empathetically and in a timely manner - Ensure proper documentation and assist with patient feedback
