As we scale, product quality and reliability are critical to our success and we are looking for a QA Lead / SDET who can set up processes, build automation frameworks, and lead quality efforts end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Own the quality strategy and roadmap for our SaaS platform. Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile. Define QA best practices, processes, and tools to ensure scalable and reliable product releases. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to drive quality across the SDLC. Build and lead a small QA/SDET team as we scale, mentoring and guiding junior engineers. Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated test coverage. Proactively identify, document, and drive resolution of product defects and performance bottlenecks. Requirements 6 10 years of QA/SDET experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role. Strong experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium). Hands-on with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance/load testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling).
