As a Software Tester, your primary responsibility will be to conduct various types of testing such as functional tests, customer scenario testing, stress testing, performance testing, scalability testing, and international testing. Your main objective will be to identify and eliminate any bugs in the software, thereby enhancing the overall quality of the final product. It is common for you to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with some projects in the initial phase of testing while others may be in the advanced stages. This dynamic environment will require you to prioritize tasks based on project requirements rather than adhering strictly to a fixed schedule. To excel in this role, you must possess a solid foundation in software development processes and a keen understanding of business strategies. Employers will also value your strong judgment, effective communication, and documentation skills. Your ability to collaborate within a team as well as work independently is crucial. Furthermore, you should be adept at delivering presentations and be comfortable working under pressure to meet strict deadlines. In addition to these fundamental requirements, you should have expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Automation QA using Selenium with framework design is essential for this position. Proficiency in both Manual and Automation QA, specifically with Selenium and MSTest Suite, will be highly beneficial in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this job.,
