Ideal for someone with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. 📌 Responsibilities: Attend all incoming calls professionally Respond promptly to WhatsApp and guest messages across platforms Manage online guest reviews and respond politely Collect feedback from guests after their stay Maintain clear and timely communication with internal hotel staff Provide accurate information about hotel services and offers Assist in basic administrative tasks using a computer 🔧 Required Skills: Strong communication and persuasion ability Basic computer operation knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow
