Users can also maintain party-wise and supplier-wise ledgers efficiently. The app is designed to facilitate professional documentation sharing and enhance business growth across the transport sector. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Gandhinagar. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing sales cycles, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting field visits, meeting with potential clients, presenting the benefits of OnlineLR, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves gathering market feedback, creating sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Sales and marketing experience, particularly in field sales roles Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in using mobile apps and digital tools for sales purposes Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of achieving sales targets High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred Salary Range : Rs 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month (+Plus Travelling Expense ) In addition to benefits, the candidate will also be eligible for commission up to 50% of the payment. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding transporters and logistics partners, and expanding ONLINELR's reach across various regions.
