This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms. Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS). Conduct initial candidate screenings through phone or virtual interviews. Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback. Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for job posts and social media. Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
