Job Description: Online Sales Executive cum Admin Assistant – Spice Company

Online Sales

• Receive & process marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, other channels).
• Pick, pack, and coordinate dispatch with logistics partners; generate courier AWBs.
• Update order status, shipment tracking and shipment confirmation in marketplace panels.
• Manage and reconcile inventory across marketplaces, WMS, and ERP.
• Create and update product listings (basic content, SKU mapping, bundling).
• Handle returns, RTOs, cancellations, refunds, and replacements per marketplace policies.
• Resolve order exceptions (address errors, failed deliveries, chargebacks).
• Prepare daily/weekly fulfilment reports and SLA dashboards.
• Communicate with customer support & warehouse for order-related escalations.
• Optimize packing processes, reduce shipping costs, and minimize returns/damage.
• Maintain compliance with marketplace seller policies and service-level agreements.

Admin

• Handle office administrative tasks like filing, emailing, and scheduling
• Maintain records of purchases, sales, and stock
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts
• manage petty cash
• Support in payroll preparation and employee records
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and transport teams
• Ensure documents are organized and up-to-date
• Help in internal audits and follow company policies
• Organize and maintain office common areas.

Qualification & Experience

• 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (commerce, logistics, supply chain or any stream) — flexible depending on experience.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email, Google Sheets).
• Comfortable using seller panels, order management systems, and basic ERP/WMS.

Junior (0–2 years)

• 6–24 months in ecommerce operations, fulfilment or warehousing.
• Can process orders, generate AWBs, update panels with supervision.
• Good at following SOPs and learning WMS/marketplace UI.

Location of Job : NARAINA

Candidates with experience in a spice / masala company will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
