As an Online Lead Generation & Social Media Campaign Specialist (Sr. Executive) at our company in Delhi (Okhla Phase 1), you will play a crucial role in developing and executing lead generation strategies to attract new members, event participants, and key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include optimizing the organization's website, managing Google Ads campaigns, tracking campaign performance using data analytics tools, maintaining CRM systems, and executing targeted email marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, collaborate with internal teams, and align lead generation efforts with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new members, event participants, and key stakeholders - Optimize the organization's website to enhance communication and lead conversion - Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads - Track and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools - Maintain and update CRM systems and execute targeted email marketing campaigns - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Work with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with organizational objectives Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic - Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation - Experience using data mining and lead prospecting tools - Familiarity with content management systems and user experience optimization - Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, MailChimp, or Constant Contact - Ability to track key performance metrics and optimize campaigns - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment The preferred skills and experience for this role include knowledge of social media marketing strategies for lead generation, experience in the staffing or recruitment industry, certifications in Google Ads, digital marketing, or related fields, and experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at our office in Delhi.,
