To qualify for this role, you should have completed a degree or diploma in fields such as Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or related areas. Fluency in English is essential as it will be the primary language used for work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with data and reports are also required. Preferred qualifications include being a proactive learner, having knowledge of the online entertainment and media industry, and familiarity with HR software or design tools.
