Key Details:Number of Openings: 10 Shift: Day (Full-Time) Education: 10th Pass or Below English Proficiency: Not Required Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Chinese Cuisine Gender: Open to all genders Age: Not Specified Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, soups, noodles, and rice specialties. Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation. Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure replenishment as needed. Uphold high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow. Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes. Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations. Skills & Competencies:Strong expertise in cooking North Chinese, South Chinese, and regional Chinese cuisines. Excellent understanding of flavors, cooking techniques, and ingredient combinations. Great organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Team-oriented with strong communication skills (non-English as required). Excellence in Chinese food
