Ticketing Executive (International & Domestic) – GalileoResponsibilities: Handle domestic & international ticket bookings using Galileo GDS. Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund tickets. Manage PNRs, fare calculations, seat/meal/SSR requests. Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes and fare issues. Provide customer support for travel queries and itinerary planning. Ensure accuracy and adherence to airline fare rules. Requirements: 1–3 years ticketing experience. Strong knowledge of Galileo GDS (mandatory). Good communication & customer service skills.
